How to use our PetWholesaler.com?

PetWholesaler.com is intended for Retail Pet Shops, Online Pet Shops, and other retail businesses to order their inventory wholesale online. There are three ways to view the vendors' catalogs and place orders:

• The Internal Site Search
• The “List by Category”
• The “List by Manufacturer”

How are shipping costs calculated?

The products are shipped directly by the manufacturer or distributors. The shipping costs are shown at checkout time. Depending on the manufacturer or distributor, the products are shipped either by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS or Others. The shipping costs are primarily based on weight, distance, size of the products and quantity ordered. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with the shipping costs and tracking information, you can also check the same by clicking on the Orders History in the website. Some manufacturers have free shipping or fixed shipping, which will be displayed at checkout.

Minimum Orders:

PetWholesaler.com is an online pet show. You are expected to order the vendor's minimums, just like when you go to a pet show at a convention center. Often minimums will be a case of an item and there may be dollar minimum for the line as well. Other vendors have minimums that are less than a case but give discounts when you order a case.
As at conventional pet shows, you will order from each vendor separately and the orders will be shipped from the vendors' locations. Different vendors may have different order policies and delivery times.

How to Order?

Because PetWholesaler.com is a collection of vendors, ordering may be different from one to another. Please read and abide by ordering policies of each vendor. You can easily place your order online by clicking on the order button. The minimum for the item you have clicked to order will be displayed in the quantity text box. You can change the quantity if you want to order more than the minimum. If you change your mind after you've added a product to your cart you can simply click "remove". Because your registration information is in our database, your name and address information will automatically appear in the blanks when you check out. You can order by the credit cards accepted by the vendor.
